We have learned a lot since our inaugural Ice Ball, and we are more than ready to ring in 2013 with you at Statler City!

How many tickets will be sold this year?

To prevent overcrowding, ticket sales will be limited to 1500.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are $165.00 per person. Purchase tickets to the 2012 Statler City Ice Ball here.

What's Included with my Ice Ball ticket?

Ticket holders will receive 5 hours of premium open bar, plenty of excellent food (not just hors d’oeuvres!), a champagne toast, amazing entertainment – (4 bands and 2 DJs) music in each room, party favors, and much more!

There will be seating for everyone, and each table will have their own server! FREE parking , FREE coat check, and all service charges and taxes are also included with your ticket.

When is the Ice Ball? When does the Ice Ball start?

Doors open at 6pm on New Years Eve, 12/31/2012. (Franklin and Genesee St. entrance)

When will food be served?

Food will be served from 8:00 pm until 11:30 pm. There will also be late night food served after Midnight. View our fantastic menu here.

Will there be an open bar? If so, how many bars will be available?

Yes. There will be more than 10 bars set up, with open bar lasting from 8:00 pm until 1:00 am. In addition, every table will have their own server and there will be service bars available. An alcohol list will be posted soon.

What will the seating be like?

There will be guaranteed seating for all.

If you would like to be seated at the same table with friends who have already purchased tickets, please email your full name, order number, and requested table number to iceball2012@statlercity.com. We will do our best to seat you together!

Please note: Unless your group fills an entire table, you may be seated with other Statler City Ice Ball guests.

How do I get to the Ice Ball?

What entrance do I use?

The Franklin and Genesse St. entrance will be used for the Statler City Ice Ball.

What areas of Statler City does my Ice Ball ticket get me in to?

Ice Ball ticket-holders will have access to all venues within Statler City with the exception of

Rendezvous The Niteclub. Rendezvous will be having a separate New Year’s Eve celebration.

Will there be VIP tickets available?

No, There will be no VIP tickets sold this year.

What is the dress code?

What would you wear to the party of the century? Dress to impress! Black tie is optional.

No sneakers, T-shirts, baggy jeans, etc.. You will feel completely at home in your finest look.

Are there age restrictions?

Absolutely. No one under 21 will be admitted, even with a parent or guardian.

If there is any question at all, those without appropriate ID will be turned away regardless of their ticket status.

Is there parking nearby?

Free indoor parking will be provided for ticket-holders at Turner Ramp next to City Hall.

The ramp will be attended all night, so cars may be left overnight and picked up the next morning if needed.

Will there be a coat check?

Yes, there is coat check available throughout the evening. Coat check will be expanded this year, and in a more accessable location.

Only coats will be checked. Please leave any umbrellas, hats, etc… in your vehicle.

Are there nearby hotels?

Yes. Hampton Inn and Hyatt are all in easy walking distance. Dozens more are a short cab ride away.

Is there an indoor smoking area provided?

In recognition of the historic status of the Statler and city building codes, there are no smoking areas anywhere within the building.

Smokers will have in and out access.

Can tickets be ordered online and mailed to Canada?

Canadian ticket orders can only be processed at our box office or mailed to an address in the USA.

Will you run out of ice?

There will be PLENTY of ice this year. We will NOT run out of ice!
